Welcome to the exciting world of tackle football. We recognize that the decision for many Parents to let their child play tackle football can be a difficult one and we acknowledge and respect the challenge. I have attached a link below to our Google Drive for all to view that has Safety Information, Player and Parent resources. It has info on Nutrition, Heat and Hydration. Most importantly it has the 10 questions you should ask about Head Safety. I know this is the number one concern for almost all our JR. Wildkit Families. I am glad to discuss all our protocols and training on Head Safety. Also, we have included our Coaches Code of Conduct. All coaches must sign and uphold the standards listed in our Code.

FAQ'S - EJWK= Evanston JR Wildkits Football
1. What ages play tackle football with EJWK? A: Ages 6-14 ( we will take 5yr olds on case by case basis)
2. What League does EJWK Football play in currently? A: TCYFL - https://www.tcyfl.net/
3. When are the practices? A: We practice Tues, Wed, Thurs from 530-730 PM and Sat from 8-10 AM
4. When are Games? A: Most games are on Sun, but may have a few on Sat due to league schedule. Times vary.
5. When do games start? A: Games start the last weekend in Aug. and go 9 weeks plus a max of 3 weeks for playoffs.
6. What Equipment do we need? A: We provide all equipment except for Cleats and supporter cup (for boys)
7. What are your Safety Protocols and Guidelines? A: We have a list in the Google Drive of our Safety Protocols
8. Where is your office located? A: We are located in Family Focus Community Center 2010 Dewey Ave Evanston
9. Where are our home games played? A: We play our home games at ETHS Lazier Field 1600 Dodge Ave Evanston
